Our Warranty Promise

At ESN Devices, we stand behind the quality of our refurbished devices. Every device comes with a warranty period that covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures. The warranty period varies by device and is clearly stated on each product listing.

What's Covered

Our warranty covers:

  • Hardware defects in materials or workmanship
  • Battery failures (below 80% health within warranty period)
  • Screen defects not caused by physical damage
  • Camera malfunctions
  • Speaker and microphone failures
  • Network connectivity issues
  • Power button and volume button failures

What's Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage (drops, cracks, water damage)
  • Cosmetic wear and tear
  • Software issues or modifications
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Normal battery degradation beyond 80% health
  • Lost or stolen devices
  • Accessories (unless specifically stated)

Warranty Period

Warranty periods are clearly displayed on each device listing. Common warranty periods include:

  • Standard Warranty: 30-90 days from date of purchase
  • Extended Warranty: Available for purchase on select devices

The warranty period begins on the date of purchase as shown on your receipt.

Making a Warranty Claim

If you need to make a warranty claim, follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and describe the issue
  3. Our team will assess the issue and provide instructions
  4. If approved, you may need to return the device for inspection
  5. We will repair or replace the device within 7-14 business days
  6. Shipping costs for warranty claims are covered by ESN Devices

Important Notes

  • • Keep your original receipt or order confirmation as proof of purchase
  • • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser
  • • We reserve the right to replace a device with one of similar specifications if the original model is unavailable
  • • Warranty repairs do not extend the original warranty period
  • • Backup your data before sending a device for warranty service
