What does "refurbished" mean?
A refurbished device is one that has been previously owned or returned, then professionally tested, repaired if necessary, and restored to full working condition. All devices are cleaned, data-wiped, and graded based on their physical and functional condition.
How do you grade your devices?
We use a transparent A-D grading system:
- Grade A: Excellent condition with minimal cosmetic wear
- Grade B: Good condition with minor scratches or marks
- Grade C: Fair condition with visible wear but fully functional
- Grade D: Poor cosmetic condition but fully operational
All grades are fully functional and tested.
Do refurbished devices come with a warranty?
Yes! All our devices come with a warranty covering hardware defects and malfunctions. The warranty period is clearly stated on each product listing (typically 30-90 days). See our Warranty Information page for details.
Are the devices unlocked?
Most of our devices are unlocked and can be used with any carrier. If a device has carrier restrictions, this will be clearly stated in the product description. Contact us if you have questions about a specific device.
What's included with the device?
Each device listing shows what accessories are included. Typically, this includes the device itself and may include a charger. Original boxes and accessories vary by device and are indicated in the listing. All devices are guaranteed to be functional.
How do I know the battery is good?
All devices undergo battery health testing. We ensure batteries maintain at least 80% of their original capacity. If a device has battery issues, it's either replaced or clearly noted in the listing. Battery degradation below 80% during the warranty period is covered.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Every device is factory reset and data-wiped using industry-standard procedures before being listed for sale. Previous owner data is completely removed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods including mobile money (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money), bank transfers, and cash on delivery in selected areas. Payment options are shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days within Dar es Salaam and 3-7 business days for other regions in Tanzania. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Can I return a device if I'm not satisfied?
