Refurbished Devices Disclaimer
Nature of Refurbished Products
All devices sold by ESN Devices are refurbished, meaning they have been previously owned, returned, or used. The condition of each device is clearly indicated in our grading system (A, B, C, or D).
Cosmetic Condition
Cosmetic imperfections such as minor scratches, scuffs, or wear marks do not affect the functionality of the device and are not covered under warranty unless they interfere with normal operation.
Battery Life
Refurbished devices may have reduced battery capacity compared to new devices. We ensure all batteries maintain at least 80% of their original capacity. Battery life can vary based on usage patterns and is subject to normal degradation over time.
