Log into your ESN Pay account, select "Make Payment", and follow the instructions to pay via M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money, or Halo Pesa.

How long does it take to unlock my device?

Once your payment is confirmed, device unlocking is processed within 5-15 minutes. If your device hasn't unlocked after 30 minutes, please contact support.

Can I view my payment history?

Yes! Log into your ESN Pay account and navigate to "Payment History" to see all your completed transactions and balances.

What if I'm having trouble logging in?

How can I check my loan balance?

Your current balance, payment schedule, and remaining instalments are displayed on your ESN Pay dashboard immediately after logging in.
