1. About ESN Microcredit

ESN Microcredit provides device-financing services that allow customers to acquire mobile devices and repay through scheduled instalments. This app enables customers to:

• View loan details
• Track balances and payments
• Request payment instructions
• Unlock devices using approved payment programs
• Contact customer support

This app does NOT issue loans directly.

2. Eligibility

You may use this Service only if:

• You are an existing ESN Microcredit customer
• You have an active device-financing account
• You are at least 18 years old
• You provide accurate personal information

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the app or attempt unauthorized access
• Input fraudulent information
• Interfere with security features
• Reverse-engineer or copy the app
• Use the app for illegal purposes

ESN may suspend access if misuse is detected.

4. Loan Information & Payments

All loan information shown in the app is taken directly from ESN Microcredit systems.

You acknowledge that:

• Payment confirmations depend on mobile money operators (Vodacom, Tigo, Airtel, etc.)
• ESN Microcredit does not control delays from network providers
• Device unlocking is processed only after verified payment
• Payment reminders, progress charts, and suggestions are informational only

5. Third-Party Services

The Service may interact with:

• Mobile money systems
• SMS gateways
• Payment processors
• Device-management systems for lock/unlock

ESN Microcredit is not responsible for downtime or errors caused by third parties.

6. Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your phone number secure
• Not sharing verification details
• Reporting suspicious activity immediately

ESN Microcredit is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access due to user negligence.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• ESN Microcredit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• ESN is not responsible for telecom failures, network outages, or delayed confirmations
• Information in the app is provided "as is"

8. Changes to These Terms

ESN Microcredit may modify these Terms. Updates will be reflected with a new "Last Updated" date.
